What do you like best about SyncSignature?

We can share a standard email signature with our current members and new hires during the onboarding process. From our experience, onboarding is a breeze, making it easy for new members to get up to speed quickly. Plus, our app is super flexible! It lets you switch between your primary and alias emails effortlessly, so you can easily juggle different accounts and stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SyncSignature?

Whenever there is a new update to the template, I need to remember to install SyncSig for all users. If I don’t do this, the email signature will revert to the old design. As a new user, I often forgot to install the app, which left me confused about why the design wasn’t updating to the changes I made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SyncSignature solving and how is that benefiting you?

The latest update includes support for our alias email through SyncSig. We encountered an issue where the profile photo did not copy from the M365 user profile. We also wanted the ability to switch between primary and alias emails while ensuring that the email signatures are ready each time we compose a message. SyncSig addressed our concerns and provided a solution that allows us to toggle email signatures based on the selected "From" email in Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
