What do you like best about SyncSignature?

The biggest advantage for us has been how easy it is to manage signatures across the entire company. We can update banners, contact details, and branding centrally without asking employees to manually change anything. The templates also look much more professional compared to our previous setup. What do you dislike about SyncSignature?

Nothing major. Had a small issue while deploying for the first time since I did not refresh the page. Had a chat with support and they immediately fixed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SyncSignature solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SyncSignature across a team of our employees on a mixed Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup. The main issue we wanted to solve was the amount of IT involvement required to manage signatures previously.

Implementation was straightforward and took only a few hours from setup to deployment. The platform reduced manual work for our IT and operations teams while giving us cleaner, more consistent signatures company-wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
