It has a strong security which makes the login process easy without making it complicated with a quick login code notification with works smoothly across multiple apps and platforms. It a very reliable mobile with easy setup and user friendly. Overall improves security with hassle. **What do you dislike about Symantec VIP?** The user interface could be more intuitive and modern as its very simple basic user interface. Not very but some occasional delays in pushing notifications and also has limited customization options. The analytics is very basic as compared to other solutions. **What problems is Symantec VIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we know security is very important to every organization, So, this adds an extra layer of security with two-factor authentication which reduces the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data. It makes login very simple with one push notification code available which meets the requirement of security and compliance. What I like best about Symantec VIP is how easy the setup is both for users and the administrators with minimal effort. The best part I like about symantec VIP is, it is hosted on cloud. Because of it is cloud hosted, it provides more security while authenticating the users. It gives secure access to data by the users. It is very user friendly with simple graphical interface. Very easy to setup on phone. There is not limitation on phone model. Any smart phone can work for this. When it comes with finger print rather than code, it provides more security. Also, I like about it is, this can be used offline. There is not internet connectivity required to see the code. That is why it's called Offline MFA. **What do you dislike about Symantec VIP?** So far I did release anything wrong about it is but of course in initial days, I faced problems. In my current organization we use the same. **What problems is Symantec VIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** In initial day use of symantec VIP, I faced problem. Everything I got setup. VIP was in my phone but unfortunately my phone got reset. Therefore I needed to satup the same again. While setting up outlook, Symantec VIP access was required which was not yet setup and to setup VIP authenticator was required which was also not yet setup. All the services are connected to each other. As part of solution, I made call to organization support central and they re-registered my new symantec VIP Credential ID into my profile and got setup. Then only I was able to use the same. ### 4. It is very quick in-process and providing the key so soon than expected. It caters to various industry leading software like Paypal, ebay,One logic, T-mobile, imcu, USAA, Bank of Australia, etc. and various other industries. It offers Push authentication requests which doesn't require to enter anything, just swiping up will complete the request. It also has a QR code for digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The unique credentials offered are clone proof and unhackable with 256 bit level of encryption. No need to remember two factor authentication codes as application extensions offered will run in the background and do the work for you. **What do you dislike about Symantec VIP?** Symantec authentication offered on the mobile device requires you to have the mobile with you all the time to get the authentication accepted, which is annoying sometimes. While it offers exciting and great options of authentication methods to facilitate login, but a bio-metric enhancement or a face authentication method on desktop and mobile will be quite exciting and promising. The cost is also a deal breaker and hence other authentication applications from Google and Microsoft take a lead. The cost of investing the application is not justified and hence needs moderation. **Recommendations to others considering Symantec VIP:** It is a versatile and a secure connection tool built by a reputed company handling Anti-virus and Anti-malware software for years. The process of deployment is simple and doesn't require any level of expertise and development. Depending upon the size of the organization, one can easily configure with a Local Network of 100- 500 people. A grater workforce or a global deployment requires an enterprise version which incurs costs and also requires expertise help. It will handle all login / connection requests quite easily with a breeze thus minimizing risks and damage. **What problems is Symantec VIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is deeply integrated to the Citrix environment of our Client which handles group of hospitals in the United States.
