What do you like best about Sylaps?

It is such a simple software-like application in which you can connect with your colleagues, employees, customers with any devices which are daily used in life like PC, tablet, phone etc. Additionally, easy login or account creation process makes the work easier for daily users, like creating a link and sending it to the person with whom you want to connect. What do you dislike about Sylaps?

Sometimes Sylaps software gets hanged, but we hope in the future this bug will also be removed. Additionally, during call meetings, video and audio break. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sylaps:

Improvement on bug fixes like cracking in audio and video calling. Also, consider changing the approval request to online pop-ups rather than sending SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sylaps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easily log in and arrange meetings in a couple of minutes. With this feature, we can use this software in critical times where we can directly create a link, send it to the customer, and within 10-15 minutes, schedule the meeting.
