From a technical perspective, he was comfortable working across different parts of the application, including React Native and Node.js, which made both development and day-to-day communication much smoother for us. The main challenge we ran into wasn’t related to Syed’s work itself, but to the payment process. Since Syed is based in Pakistan, sending an international payment turned out to be more complicated than we initially expected. Pakistan has fewer options for receiving international payments, and services like PayPal, Stripe, or Wise weren’t available to him in the same way we typically use them.
