What do you like best about Syd Life AI?

I like the personalization and associated nudges. In the past, I didn't think about all aspects of wellbeing, and I never included purpose. Syd takes a holistic approach to understanding and assessing ME. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syd Life AI?

What problems is Syd Life AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an individual, I am trying to improve my life quality. As an employer, I am trying to aggregate employee wellbeing assessments, evaluations, scores, and interventions into a single view using one app. Syd does that for me. I hope that with the implementation of Syd, I can create a supportive environment for employees and provide them with pathways to a better and happier life. As an employer, it is also helpful that Syd has a positive return on investment, but more importantly, it has a return on people.
