What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center? The system is powerful but sometimes hard to understand. It's hard to use features intuitively since many relationships and dependencies in the database and front-end are not obvious. This causes sometimes delays in the delivery of our trainings but the Syberworks team is always very helpful and adapts the system to our needs quite fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Syberworks Training Center: Plan thoroughly and take your time to adapt the system to your needs. It's powerful but it will need modifications to be as useful as you expect it to be. If you are searching for a "quick-win" you might be disappointed. The Syberworks team will always there to make the required tweaks but you will need their help. Due to the system's architecture the configuration options on the end-user's side are limited. Syberworks ensures that the required training of our staff members on our SOP framework is always current and can be tracked back. We need to deliver the training of more than hundred different documents in about 40 different training sets (defined by the job roles) to our about hundred team members. Trainings of new versions of the documents need to be triggered automatically as soon as new revisions have been issued and some external trainings need to be managed that recur on a regular basis. Team members and their managers are notified automatically as soon as a new training requirement arises or a scheduled course has not been taken within a defined period of time by the employee.
