What do you like best about Swydo?

As a Marketing Manager within a digital marketing agency, Swydo has been an incredibly valuable tool for streamlining our reporting processes and managing multiple client accounts.

The automated reporting and performance monitoring features have saved me hours of manual work each month, allowing me to spend more time focusing on campaign strategy, optimisation and client results.

The platform offers great value for money, especially considering the time saved through automation. The UI/UX is clean, intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to customise dashboards and create professional client reports.

From a marketing perspective, the integrations with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics are extremely useful, allowing us to consolidate performance data into one place rather than switching between multiple platforms.

The customer support has also been helpful and responsive, which makes the overall experience even better.

What do you dislike about Swydo?

There honestly wasn't anything significant that I disliked about Swydo. The only challenge I initially experienced was building custom reporting templates from scratch, as it took some time to familiarise myself with the features and customisation options. However, the support team was incredibly helpful, responsive and patient in guiding me through the process, which made everything much easier. What problems is Swydo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working as a Marketing Manager within a fast paced digital marketing agency, we're constantly managing multiple clients, campaigns, tight deadlines and quick turnaround times for reporting and revisions. Swydo has helped solve one of our biggest challenges, which is the amount of time spent manually collecting, analysing and presenting performance data across different marketing platforms.

With automated reporting, real time performance monitoring and multiple platform integrations, we're able to streamline our workflows, make quick adjustments to reports and deliver accurate, professional insights to clients much more efficiently.

One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility to customise reports based on each client's needs, particularly when last minute revisions or additional performance insights are requested. Instead of spending hours gathering data and rebuilding reports, we can make changes quickly and focus on providing valuable insights.

Overall, Swydo has significantly reduced our administrative workload, improved reporting consistency and helped us manage multiple client accounts more effectively.
