**What do you like best about Swit?**

What I love most about Swit is how it makes teamwork feel… natural. Instead of bouncing between a million different apps, everything I need is right there—chat, tasks, files—it all just flows together. It feels less like “work about work” and more like actually getting things done with my team.

Plus, there’s this vibe of simplicity. It doesn’t overwhelm me with buttons or clutter, it just helps me connect and collaborate without friction. Honestly, it feels like the tool actually understands how teams really work day to day.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

If I had to pick something, I’d say sometimes Swit feels a bit too packed with features. It’s awesome to have everything in one place, but once in a while it can feel like, “Whoa, where do I even start?” A little more simplicity or personalization would make it feel lighter.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swit is basically fixing the “too many tools, not enough flow” problem. 
Before, my team and I were jumping between chats, emails, task boards, and file drives—it was exhausting just to keep track of where things were.

With Swit, it all comes together in one place. I don’t waste time chasing messages or wondering which version of a task is the latest. The benefit? Way less confusion, way more clarity. I feel like I actually get to work with my team instead of fighting against messy systems. And honestly, that makes collaboration feel smoother, faster, and even a little more fun.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

There are a lot to love about Swit, but there are few standouts that I love

- The joining of messaging system and project management system really allows for an increase productivity of work. The fact that you do not have to switch to a different app when doing PM things is very convenient. The convenience is also amplified by the Tabs tab where you are able to work on Google docs right in the app.

- The ideas tab is a good way of making a note that is a bit too long to be a message on a channel, but is topo short to make a separate document for. We use this feature a lot just to jot down notes, or to take quick meeting notes.

- The Google Workspace integration is amazing, which especially works well as our team constantly shares data and documentation that lives on Google Drive.  We no longer have to go to Google drive, but can search for the item we want, and drag and drop it to a channel

- The AI feature is great too. I personally use the Taskify and Summarize function a lot.  The Taskify function seems to always get the Task name and checklist correctly, saving me a lot of time converting a message into a Task.

- Swit team is amazingly helpful and resourceful. They took the time to set our whole team up with an onboarding session so that we can get used to the Swit environment. In addition, they were very helpful when I had questions regarding the product, or was having trouble with some of the functionality. Their customer support is impeccable.

Overall, as the app that really lies in the center of our team, we use it constantly and everything goes through this app, and I cannot recommend it enough.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

All the constructive criticism I have for this app are nitpicky and minor.

- I wish there was an option to send a message that I respond on a thread to the entire channel.

- The mobile app can be a bit buggy sometimes, compared to the web or native app. 

- I wish autocorrect was available on the app.

- I wish there was a native Linux app, or at least a webapp that runs natively on Firefox without having to find an alternative route to make it run on Firefox

- I wish there was an indicator that signals whether another user is typing or not. Right now, there is no such indication, so I cannot tell if they are typing or doing nothing.

- I hope that the project managemet portion of the app can be even stronger, with Jira-like capabilities. The one I miss the most is the ability to generate a proper Gantt Chart that spans accross the entire workspace.


There are all very nitpicky and minor. I understand that Swit is still at its infancy as a company and a software, and I hope that these features will be realized as time passes!

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that we had was how the non-PM employees were not participating in PM side of the work enough. I believe that this was because there are a lot of overhead in current PM software where getting set up and being knowledgeable takes more time than doing actual work. A lot of employees, especially engineers, work the best with just a simple checklist and a high level view of the tasks that they need to do.

I believe that Swit's biggest strength is making this simple while keeping it integrated and organized. The engineers can just focus on doing their task and care minimally about the PM side of things, and the manager can send reminders and bumps to the employees and teams by just referencing the tasks that they need to complete. The simplification that Swit provides results in an increase of efficiency in both the actual work being done and the organization of project management.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

Swit is an easy-to-use project management tool that enables my learning analytics team to visualize project timelines and collaborate on instructional design projects with each other and with other teams.
The user interface allows team members to easily share files, track task progress, and have chat conversations within our workspace projects and channels. The app center has integrations with many tools we already use, especially Google Workspace Apps like Drive, Gmail, and Docs.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

Swit's integration with Google Docs displays them as clickable screenshots in the sidebar linked to the original document, which requires users to leave Swit to access the document content. It would be better if they were embedded directly into the sidebar.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swit helps us collaborate on eLearning projects that usually involve continuous iterations based on non-stop back-and-forth communications and feedback among cross-functional work groups, including learning analysts, instructional designers, technology integration teams, and other teams based on project requirements.
Swit saves time by allowing quick access to task-related information and files from any device, and it helps us communicate clearly throughout each project phase of development and iteration.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

Swit provides productivity and project management tools that help my team collaborate on a unified project management workspace. The user interface is easy to use, especially for new users. The right apps bar and the left navigation menu are well-organized and make it easy to find what I need. The platform Integrates with various third-party file storage and communication applications, like Outlook, Microsoft Onedrive, SharePoint, notion, and Jira.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

Swit features and tools are great, but it would be even better if there was an easy way to export and move whole workflows automatically. I believe that would make Swit a much more attractive option for project management.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Swit to manage my data analytics projects, which are iterative and dynamic by nature. It is an efficient tool for team collaboration on project design, group feedback, task assignment, and work progress tracking. Swit improves workflow and document sharing among my analytics teammates and helps us communicate more clearly while we are away from the office, even with other teams like finance and sales. It saves time and effort and helps us focus on our business goals and deliverables, especially when working on complex or long-term business intelligence projects.

Regarding workflow export, In Swit Project, you can download the Timeline View as an Excel file. Additionally, all project data can be exported as a JSON file, too.  

Regarding workflow migration: You can copy entire projects in Swit, enabling you to replicate customized project progress (Status View), classifications (Bucket View), and assignees (Assignee View). Task cards can also be set to recur. Furthermore, task cards from different workspaces and projects can be related, allowing for diverse workflow implementations.

In terms of automation,  Swit Automation allows for no-code workflow automation using an IFTTT approach, supporting up to 9 actions across different apps.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

I work from home along with the rest of my team, so communicating use to be fairly difficult. However since we've had Swit it has made it SO much easier. I love that we can not only chat, but also create projects and easily show the progress of those by the project categories. One of my other favorite features is that you can connect your emails to add onto projects for a quick overview of a task. I highly reccommend it to anyone who asks!

I don't dislike anything. No complaints here!

Being able to easily communicate with team members without having to message about every single thing, and instead tagging them in projects I need them to do. It makes work so much simpler.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

When utilizing Swit, I truly appreciated the seamless communication it offered among my fellow team members. In contrast to other messaging platforms that often struggle to send large files, Swit excelled in this regard. Even with substantial file sizes, the transmission remained swift and uninterrupted, which was an outstanding advantage.
Another great aspect of using Swit is that it enhances the sense of belonging within the team.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

I found it inconvenient to use the Projects tab within SWIT. It felt cumbersome and not very user-friendly. While the ability to view schedules for different projects and teams was beneficial, the multiple formats provided (such as Bucket View, Status View, Team View, etc.) made it complex to determine which view to choose. Additionally, the inclusion of tags for sub-items added further complexity. From a UX perspective, it might be better to have a more streamlined environment for users to access their schedules, even if it means sacrificing some flexibility. It would be helpful to gradually familiarize users with the simplified interface.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Multiple group formation capabilities
- Allows sharing of different formats of work
- Enables large file uploads
- Empathy emoji of messages can be attached
- Support for various platforms such as web and app

- I wish I could use the same group emoji for personal DM between users of the same group.
- I sometimes get a notification late
- It's not a disadvantage, but it would be nice to have a roulette function that allows you to randomly pick some of the people you chose.

Even when sharing simple data with team members, it was inconvenient to pass through a web drive due to capacity limitations.
It was good to be able to solve this problem by using Swit.
In addition, it was very helpful to be able to ment and guide team members in the group if they had any guidance to remind or emphasize.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

As a group and head of an organization, I need to quickly find out the big flow of organization's  communication and the blockage. What I felt while using various communication apps and services is that just sharing and storing everyone's conversation doesn't make the flow of the organization visible at a glance. But with Swit, it's very easy to see who's doing what, how much you've done, and how well you're communicating. Since we are working on various projects within one organization, these functions have been a great advantage for me and my group.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

There's almost nothing I disliked about using Swit, but there are a few things I felt bothering using it. If you look at Swit's UI, you can view two channels or view DMs and channels in one window for multi-tasking. However, while I am looking at the photos and files on Swit, I couldn't see other channels or DM wtih other people. So I wished to see both the files and communicate with people at the same time.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swit gathered the density of communication and improved work processing efficiency within the organization. When you work within an organization, there is often news that you need to talk 1:1 or that all team members of the project need to know. Each person has a personal SNS and communication application, and if they talk through such a personal messenger, it is too easy to lose or forget what they talked about their work. However, if personal messengers and the company's communication platform are integrated, like Swit, it is great to switch chats into Tasks or take notes of 1:1 conversations between team members. Swit has increased the ability of members to work and reduced human resources to communicate, making communication much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

I can divide work into before and after stages.
It's useful to collaborate with others during the process of completing work by sending notifications to team members. It's recommended to consult with other team members before starting work and share the results and exchange feedback after completing the task. Furthermore, when issues arise during the work or important information needs to be shared, it's possible to quickly notify other team members by mentioning them.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

It's very inconvenient that buckets cannot be selected and moved to another project all at once, but have to be moved one by one. Also, it's regrettable that the status view and bucket view are not applied differently for each project, so it's necessary to check and change them separately.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am pleased with 'Swit' as it has continuously addressed numerous bugs, making it easier for me to use. Furthermore, I believe that its consistent addition of new features has led to a more user-friendly experience.

We were able to reduce our work processing time by distributing the overwhelming workload among our employees. Additionally, it's easier to share and confirm integrated information about project tasks, making it easier to understand the context of the work and provide support.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

Since there is a lot of information stored in the workspace, sometimes it takes a long time to load. It would be great if this part could be improved. It would be nice if you could select an image from the attached images and view it directly in the project content.

As the workload increased, the number of projects that require collaboration also increased. However, in the past, there were difficulties in understanding the content of collaborative work because it was not properly shared. After using Swit, all the contents and materials were shared from the beginning of the project, making it easier to manage the work. In addition, it was possible to confirm the communication related to the project, which increased the efficiency of the work.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

"It was very satisfying to be able to manage organizational tasks based on OKRs. The entire collaboration process is easy to track in terms of how well it aligns with the organization's goals, and the dashboard provided to view all notifications and data generated during the collaboration process is also very powerful.

Swit provides various layouts for project management, including the Kanban board for managing progress, the list view for easily checking the contents of tasks, and the Gantt view for reviewing the overall progress of the project, which was also attractive.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

Swit brilliantly integrates work messaging and project management. Many companies struggle with inefficient communication arising from separately operating work messengers like Slack, Teams and project management tools like Asana, Monday, Trello. We were one of those companies. After using Swit, these two aspects were perfectly merged into one, transforming overall communication into a very transparent and efficient process.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

Nothing. In my opinion, the three core of corporate work are messaging, project management, and document collaboration. And Swit has brilliantly integrated messaging and project management. I am merely looking forward to the day when Swit integrates all these elements with their upcoming in-house document collaboration tool.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swit perfectly integrates corporate messaging and project management tools. Thanks to this, our organization, which previously had these elements split between Teams and Monday, has been able to level up our communication efficiency to a whole new dimension.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

It is easy to share information with team members and is also good for recording projects.  It also helps to handle things efficiently because it helps you plan and process things by organizing them in a list.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

There are inconveniences when using ordered list. For example, after using number 1, press the enter key twice for readability, and I want to start with number 2, but it doesn't go with number 2 and starts again with number 1. I think it would be more convenient to record it if you could correct this.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often use the ability to record projects and share and tag team members when collaboration is needed. Thanks to these features, you can easily collaborate, and you can categorize what you've recorded, so it's easy to take it out and see it whenever you need it.

Work progress in the way of conversation like SNS, multiple task expression, file attachment function, My dashboard function, unread function, read function, work status display, sub-task display, task related to me display, priority display, mention function, Reminder function, task start date and due date display function, ease of adding tasks.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

Absence of search function, very weak traceability, difficulty in grasping work progress, shared file tracking, schedule management, checklist alarm function, file collection view.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than solving problems in the course of work, it has the advantage of effectively managing work and making it visible at a glance. There is emphatically nothing that swit itself solves the problem. Rather, it seems to cause problems. It is a very desirable phenomenon to continuously update, but I hope that it will be an update that adds necessary features.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

There are lots of variety of tools that helps me co-op with others. I can generate channels for many purposes. Besides channels, there are project section that helps me plan things with calendar. DM, tag, notion, pin systems are very useful too.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

I had difficulty uploading files via smartphone. I don't know what is the reason but sometimes swit doesnt let me upload in dm but only channel messages. I hope this gets fixed soon.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swit is solving the problem that I had when I want to do projects with others. The main problem was communication and swit is helping a lot with this problem. I am benefiting from it because I have to do lots of projects with others.

It's great that you can remind yourself of the tasks assigned to you with various attributes, and you can check the work of other team members together.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

Panels designed for other types of work are certainly easy to use, but I have a hard time using them every time. I don't know why, but I don't think I can feel more convenient than using a general browser. The things you need to press are scattered all over the place, so there must be some parts that are difficult to concentrate on.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to communicate with attachments, being able to review at the same time while looking at each other's work, being able to quickly interact with channels while using extensions

**What do you like best about Swit?**

Swit seems to have the advantage of being able to create multiple channels for communication.
Different channels can be used for each task to increase the efficiency of the task.
Another advantage is that you can upload files such as images and videos.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

The disadvantage is that the file upload has a capacity limit.
However, there is no problem in uploading a file of moderate size.
The disadvantage of desktop version is that it cannot be checked when there are several people who left emojis in the article.

Through Swit, it helped several people perform various tasks independently.
In addition, administrators can manage their own channels, which has helped them a lot in performing their tasks.

It is good that multiple channels can be created and communication can proceed according to the purpose of each channel. In particular, it could be used as an effective tool for collaboration by appropriately utilizing the differentiation between the idea tab and the chat tab. In addition, the fact that it has its own calendar within the switch was good in that it did not have to use multiple services.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

However, compared to the typical collaboration tool Slack, the answer to why Swit should be used seems unclear. A group that uses Swit for the first time may also use Swit. However, many groups use Slack as a collaborative tool, and it seems to be advantageous to be able to use it in multiple groups using one tool. In addition, too frequent updates make it too annoying and tiring, and once in a while, the mobile switch does not work smoothly.

Once in a while, access is not available or operation is not smooth.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

The greatest part about the platform is the team collaboration feature that makes it the easiest way to communicate with each other. It helps to assign tasks to the team with a project progress tracking feature.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

The messenger and calendar feature sometimes troubles me. It should be updated as early as possible.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really got help from the platform it helped me to better communicate with my team and helped me to collaborate with them to progress the project fast. IT helps to reduce the meetings and follow-up things which saves a lot of time.

3. project system with chatting. the best benefit of Swit is you can make documents, chat with teammates, and set project workflow at the same time. you can do almost teamwork in one space. you don't need to open a new app anymore.

Swit-based work organization and progress are convenient. Other people's work status can be shared and collaboration can be carried out online using comments. Checking messages through application alerts is also convenient.

I would like to have a section for completed projects. When managing projects by year, sometimes there is a need to look up previous year's projects, but if the administrator hides them by marking them as completed, they cannot be accessed. If they are kept in the current ongoing projects section, it becomes confusing and there are too many projects to keep track of.

Through Swit, it is convenient to carry out simultaneous tasks and handle administrative and research and development projects all in one space. Additionally, it prevents unnecessary comments with emojis and creates a positive atmosphere.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

The big advantage is that you can easily manage your channel, and the information seems organized due to the comment system, not just a chat system. It is also easy to attach images and convenient for scheduling. And the system to leave emojis is fun, and it's an easy and quick way to let others know if they've checked my notice.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

I haven't felt much inconvenience yet. The only inconvenience is that sometimes large files are difficult to send. Other than that, I use it very conveniently. :)

I'm using swit for academic activities, which is easy to share the entire academic conference announcement or schedule, or to chat and share information for project progress. Instant interaction also allows you to move quickly.

Swit's use enables remote team members to effectively communicate, interact, and engage because it establishes a number of linked channels that enable project teams from many disciplines to work together.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

There aren't many drawbacks, however, the Works Breakdown structure needs to be reexamined in order to support adding more levels, as it is currently unable to handle huge projects and will only be used to monitor smaller ones.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of team member communication, keeping track of all daily tasks, the adaptability of creating action plans, and how I use Swit to organize an event or get ready for a meeting are a few of my favorite features. Thanks to the user interface's clear design, I can prioritize my work, keep track of the general situation, and easily get peer input.

**What do you like best about Swit?**

Manage tasks intuitively, like posting-it, and all related project participants can check the assignment and performance results in a Dashboard form, drastically reducing the inefficiency of communication and the possibility of missing tasks.

**What do you dislike about Swit?**

It is somewhat difficult to find comment threads in chat, so it would be nice if it was made easier to find, like Slack. In the case of Slack, there are many integrated apps and it is convenient to receive notifications from the integrated apps immediately. It would be great if there were more integrated apps so that even simple notifications can be received from Swit.

**What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Set clear tasks and deadlines for each responsible person, and with the ability to view tasks in a dashboard format, the omission of work has significantly decreased.
