Swit provides a comprehensive platform for managing renovation projects, combining chat and task management in a single workspace. It allows teams to assign tasks, share documents, and communicate effectively within the same project environment. What do you like best about Swit?

My favorite feature is Swit’s all‑in‑one chat and task workspace. When managing residential renovation projects, I can assign milestone tasks to subcontractors and hold related discussions inside the same project thread. For example, I assign cabinet installation tasks for a kitchen remodel and share material notes right there, without switching between messaging apps and separate task tools. What do you dislike about Swit?

Two main pain points slow our renovation operations. First, high‑resolution blueprint PDFs and job‑site photos uploaded by subcontractors load sluggishly inside Swit, making quick project reviews cumbersome for bathroom remodel jobs. Second, there is no native connection to our client CRM. Subcontractor task status updates cannot auto‑feed to homeowner records. What problems is Swit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Swit, Haven Home Renovations juggled independent messaging applications and spreadsheets to manage residential remodels. Subcontractor feedback, task assignments and site photos were scattered across multiple channels, creating gaps in project context. Swit consolidates conversations, tasks and project documents inside dedicated job‑specific workspaces. Our team can follow kitchen or bathroom remodel progress in one place.
