What do you like best about Swift K12?

I love that alert solutions/swiftk12 makes it easy to send mass messages to all of our students, families, and staff with one screen. Know that the system is very intuitive to use and requires very little training. It is also nice to be able to search any group of students and message only them: for example, we can message one sports team or a single bus route in order to spread information. What do you dislike about Swift K12?

The contact search feature is not working well. The older version worked better especially when trying to find users. The customer service can sometimes experience delays in getting back to you or providing solutions to issues. We have had the basic platform change three times since we have been users, but they are good about communicating out those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Swift K12 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Swiftk12 to send mass messages and notification to our students and their families. We also use it to notify staff and families of bad weather closing, cancellations, or delays. It makes it easy for any of our users to send messages to either the whole school district, certain grades, specific buildings or individual teams. We also use this for sending out forms, surveys, and documents to parents. Our report cards are all sent out through Swiftk12. It works well for sharing links to items posted on both our social media and our webpage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
