What do you like best about Swif.ai?

In a research and teaching environment as large as Sunnybrook, the ability to manage diverse hardware without a hitch is vital. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software has been impressive for keeping our research devices in line with strict health data standards. I particularly like the automated compliance tracking; it provides a layer of security that usually requires a massive IT team. For someone moving between lectures and clinical research, knowing that every device is patched and encrypted in the background is a huge relief for protecting sensitive project data. What do you dislike about Swif.ai?

While the platform is incredibly robust, the sheer volume of technical logs in the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming for those of us on the academic side. I’d love to see a simplified Educator View that highlights device health without diving into the deep system telemetry. Also, while the Remote Support Software is excellent, the initial setup for some of our older, specialized research equipment required a bit of a learning curve. A few more Quick Start guides for legacy hardware would be a great addition to their already helpful documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Swif.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled with maintaining a consistent security posture across a rotating group of researchers and staff. Swif.ai solved this by giving us a unified view of all active endpoints and automating the encryption protocols that used to be a manual headache. For our department, this means we can focus on teaching and medical innovation rather than worrying about the Shadow IT risks of unvetted software. It has effectively removed the technical friction from our workflows, ensuring our digital infrastructure is as professional and secure as our clinical environment.
