What I like the most is the instant effect and absolute convenience.
In the legal business, first impressions are everything. When at a meeting I simply tap the card to the client's smartphone, and within a second my contacts, website, and consultation booking form open — it immediately sets a premium and technological tone.
The second huge advantage is flexibility. If my phone number, address, or list of legal services changes, I no longer need to throw away hundreds of paper business cards. I update the information in my profile in half a minute, and it refreshes immediately. To date, this is the most practical and solid tool on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn’t notice any serious drawbacks, but there are a couple of minor nuances:
Internet dependency: For the client to instantly open the page with my legal services, their smartphone must have internet enabled. In areas with poor signal, loading may take a few extra seconds.
Novelty factor: Some clients (especially older ones) don’t immediately understand how NFC works and are surprised when I simply tap the card to their phone. But the QR code on the back always saves the day.
Otherwise, the product works great, and these are more small features of the technology rather than flaws of the service itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
