What do you like best about Sweet Security?

The team at Sweet is the biggest reason I’d recommend working with them. They’re very receptive to feedback and genuinely want to make sure you have a tool that fits your needs. The speed at which they’re expanding their suite of tools is also impressive.

The AI-powered issue ranking feature that adjusts scores has saved us from dealing with a lot of false positives.

The toolset integrates easily with our environments, and we feel protected by the coverage it provides across our infrastructure. The connection path tracking between systems is also great for a clean overview of how everything ties together.

The site is easy to use, and while it feels like something every tool should offer, they also have dark mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sweet Security?

They are still relatively new, so the number of features available may not be as impressive as other offerings, but I can't see this 100% a negative, because this gives them the opportunity to grow in the direction of their customers, which is the experience we are having. What problems is Sweet Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were lacking insight into identity safety and access overreach, and we were practically blind when it came to NHI. Now we have a much clearer understanding of the risks we’re dealing with.

With the new AI insights feature, we can also identify risks and vulnerabilities related to our agents, understand what is communicating with them, and make sure they are properly configured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
