- The content on the website is scarce which reduces the trust in the website. This was the same problem faced with me I also felt that my coins will be lost but it genuinely does the work.

- Due to the lack of online presence of the website lot of trust issues.

- The colour scheme of the website is crappy it affects the eye badly.
