Some functionality wasn't available immediately. As with many growing platforms, there were occasional gaps in functionality that required workarounds while enhancements were being developed. What problems is Sutton solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team chose Digit because it offered the best combination of functionality, support, and value. As someone new to implementing an ERP system in a startup environment, I was impressed by how closely the Digit team partnered with us every step of the way.

What stood out most was their responsiveness. Whether we had an urgent issue or needed help understanding a complex process, the Digit team, not just customer support, was always available to help. When the platform didn't fully support a specific need, they worked with us to create interim solutions while developing longer-term improvements.

Digit's AI-powered support has also been a great addition. It provides quick answers and helps users find solutions without having to wait for assistance.
