What do you like best about SutraAI?

SutraAI has been integrated into our company for about two years. During that time, we’ve focused on boosting employee and task efficiency by rethinking workflows, improving communication across the team, and automating routine tasks so our day-to-day operations run more smoothly.

The platform SutraAI has built is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn and use. If there’s ever a view or other user-facing issue, Sutra’s team is very responsive and gets it fixed or updated in a timely manner. The system their team created also performs very well, even with the amount of processing you can build into a given task.

I also appreciate the consistency of the output and being able to understand the logic the system is following to return specific values. That transparency makes it easier to feel confident in the results, while still allowing you to build in outlier responses and other error checks when needed. What do you dislike about SutraAI?

What problems is SutraAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

SutraAI is helping us improve efficiency, costing, process improvement, and inventory management. In each of these areas, Sutra’s support is geared toward reducing costs while also improving our employees’ experience and day-to-day workflows, so no one feels “bogged down,” even as overall output increases. Many of our routine tasks used to be manual and could take days or hours to complete. With Sutra, we’ve been able to cut that time down to just hours, or even to push-button experiences where the AI provides the details and output values for us to review.
