What do you like best about SurveyStance?

As a business owner, I've learned that if you want feedback from your customers, it has to be quick and easy! And, it's best to grab that review as soon as the product or service is provided. Survey Stance has created a fun, simple way to get that immediate feedback from my customers! The kiosk and email signature have been salutary in improving my business. What problems is SurveyStance solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a problem in production that we would not have otherwise discovered. We were able to address the issue which will ultimately improve our business and keep our customers happy. It was also great to hear that customers have been happy with the accommodations we made during Covid19. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
