What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

I like how easy SurveySparrow is to use and set up. The interface is clean and straightforward, and creating surveys feels simple even for first-time users. What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?

One thing I don’t like is that some of the more advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming at first. I’ve also noticed that a few customization and reporting options are limited on the lower plans. Still, overall, my experience has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
