What do you like best about SurveySparrow 360 Assessments?

There are a lot of different templates for 360 surveys. It gave us tons of ideas for new questions and fields we should be adding to them to get as much info as possible.

I also really like how easy and smooth it works. Looks very professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveySparrow 360 Assessments?

Not a huge deal but I think the support response times could do with a bit of a boost. When we run into a problem that needs support, it's usually at least semi-urgent, but most of the time it takes a while for someone to get in touch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveySparrow 360 Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SurveySparrow 360 to manage our peer reviews. We design and send out the surveys, and chart the data all from SurveySparrow. And we have it synced to our HR tool so the responses get sent over instantly. Peer feedback was an important project for us and we thought it would be much harder to design a system for it than it has been thanks to SurveySparrow. Definitely recommend it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
