I like SurveyRock’s straightforward drag-and-drop builder, and setup only takes a few minutes. I especially appreciate real-time response tracking and sharing forms with a direct link, so people can fill them out on their phones without signing in. I like the styling and layout controls, such as adding a logo, adjusting background colors, setting buttons and themes, and using progress bars and clear spacing to guide people through multi-page surveys. The layout adapts to phones and tablets, and the response tracking dashboard lets me monitor feedback as soon as a session ends and spot actionable trends without manually exporting and cleaning spreadsheets. The real-time tracking saves me hours, and completion rates stay high on both mobile and desktop. Some parts of setup are easy, and the rest of SurveyRock works fine for me. I find SurveyRock’s default styling and layout options somewhat dated and rigid. Fine-grained controls like custom font uploads, CSS adjustments, and spacing are limited, which makes it hard for me to match strict enterprise brand guidelines. The built-in analytics and filtering also feel basic. Integrating with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, or Notion takes a lot of manual importing and exporting; I’d like native, one-click connections. Excel and Google Sheets work fine for me, but standard integrations and workflows with other third-party apps can make setup more complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks, Saurabh. Good to hear real-time tracking is saving you hours on exports and cleanup.
You’re right about integrations. We don’t have a native connection to Salesforce or Notion today, and our native HubSpot connector isn’t live yet. Salesforce is on our roadmap. In the meantime, Zapier can pass each completed survey to those apps, though we know that isn’t the one-click connection you asked for.
Slack is different: from the Team plan up, you connect a workspace once and a workflow posts to a channel, with no importing or exporting.
On branding, custom CSS is available from our Growth plan and custom font upload on Enterprise, so strict brand guidelines are easier to meet there. Key driver analysis also starts at Growth, if the built-in analytics feel basic. “Dated” is fair feedback on our default styling, and we’ve passed it on.
