I like how simple and straightforward SurveyRock is to use. Creating surveys and collecting responses feels easy, even for someone with limited experience. One area that could be improved is the platform’s overall design and user experience. In a few places, some features feel a bit outdated compared to newer survey tools, and the customization options could be more flexible.
