I love this platform as forms creation, distribution and analysis of the reports have been made very easy. The platform also have a very user friendly interface with simple onboarding process. The forms creation process is made easy with the pre existing templates which allows a base from which the survey or form can be build upon. The way in which it can make questionnaire is feels more complete. The overall performance of this platform is reliable and the crammed feeling of dashboard is not there which is really good. The pricing is also moderate for less user. I also love the distribution capabilities of this platform to other social media platform like twitter, Facebook, embedded links. I love most part of this platform but I felt that improvement in some areas of this platform would enhance the user experience and effectiveness of this platform. The pricing of this platform is really good for smaller enterprise but for medium enterprise with more user the pricing may go beyond the budget allocated sometimes. The distribution of survey can also be improve by adding more sharing capabilities with a single click from the platform. I wish that there was more variety of template or may be an active AI chat that could assist in brainstorming or even generate new form easily. I wish that this platform was able to generate the report in charts and tables ensuring faster decision making by using this platform. Improving the integration capabilities of this platform can ensure more robustness of this platform. The capability of this platform to export to spreadsheet and filter responses is worth mentioning. This platform assist a lot in building surveys, distribution and reporting enhancing a better decision making capacities from result of the study or survey.
