SurveyLegend has been very easy to use over the past few months for collecting feedback and client responses. The platform feels visually clean, and creating surveys does not take much time. The survey templates look modern, and customizing questions is simple even for non-technical users. I also noticed that the surveys work smoothly on mobile devices, which helped improve response rates. Another thing I appreciated is that the interface is organized and not overloaded with unnecessary features, making the full experience more comfortable and efficient for regular use. While the platform is very easy to use, a few deeper settings can feel limited when trying to create more detailed survey workflows or customized analytics. I also think the dashboard and data export experience could be made smoother for users managing larger numbers of responses. Sometimes finding specific settings or comparing survey results takes extra steps. For businesses and regular users, improving these areas would make the platform even more practical for long term use, especially for teams that depend on surveys for client feedback and decision making. A few months ago, I started using SurveyLegend to collect feedback and responses for design-related projects and client communication. Before that, managing responses manually was time-consuming and often became messy and hard to organize. Using the platform made the entire process much simpler, faster, and more professional. One thing I genuinely appreciate is its clean, intuitive interface. Creating surveys, sharing them with clients, and reviewing responses is very smooth and requires very little setup. It also significantly improved communication with clients, as they can quickly and clearly share their opinions and requirements in a structured way. For my work, this has saved a considerable amount of time, reduced confusion, and made feedback collection far more efficient compared to handling everything manually.
