What do you like best about SurveyLab?

What I like most about SurveyLab is how easy it is to create, manage, and update surveys without needing much training. The interface feels intuitive, and it provides a solid range of question types, customization options, and reporting tools. What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

One thing I dislike about SurveyLab is that some of the more advanced customization and reporting options can take a bit of time to learn. Even though the platform is generally user-friendly, new users may still need some time to explore the available features, understand the settings, and get comfortable with everything.
