What do you like best about SurveyJS?

I often prepare nutrition assessment forms, patient lifestyle questionnaires, and health education surveys. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I need forms that can be changed for different topics. What I like most is that I can build the survey the way I need instead of working with a fixed layout. It was easy to start using, and I did not spend much time learning it. I like the different question types, multi-page forms, survey preview, themes, and customization options because they help me create forms that look clean and organized. The conditional logic is also useful because it can show extra questions only when they are needed. This keeps the survey shorter and more relevant for the person filling it. I also like how easy it is to organize questions and review responses with the charts, the results are clear, so I can quickly understand response patterns without reading every answer one by one.

The platform has worked smoothly during my regular use. Creating forms, making changes, and switching between the designer and preview all feel simple. The customer support was helpful whenever I had a question. The replies were clear and made it easy to continue using the platform. I use it regularly whenever I need forms or surveys, and it fits naturally into my daily work. Overall, SurveyJS gives me the flexibility to create professional surveys, collect responses, and review the results in one place without making the process complicated. What do you dislike about SurveyJS?

The survey builder offers a lot of options, which is useful, but it felt a little overwhelming when I started using it. I would like to see a few more modern themes for different types of surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyJS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I create different forms for nutrition assessments, patient lifestyle questionnaires, and health education feedback, so every survey is a little different. SurveyJS gives me enough flexibility to build each form the way I need without changing the questions or the overall structure.

It also helps me collect responses in a more organized way. The conditional logic keeps the forms more relevant, and the charts and dashboard make it easier to understand response patterns without spending too much time reviewing every answer.
