I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I often need feedback from patients, students, and people who follow my health education content, so having a simple way to create forms and surveys is very useful. What I like most about SurveyHeart is that creating forms, adding questions, and organizing surveys is straightforward and does not require much setup. Different question types help collect information in a structured way, whether I am gathering patient feedback, educational responses, or general health-related opinions. The form sharing process is simple, and responses are collected and organized in one place, which makes follow-up and review easier. Templates are also useful when creating surveys quickly without starting from scratch every time. I can review responses and understand common feedback without spending extra time managing data manually. The number of features feels practical for survey creation, response collection, and feedback management without making the platform complicated. I use it regularly whenever I need feedback related to consultations, health awareness activities, or educational content. Getting started was easy, implementation required very little effort, and performance has been smooth while creating forms, editing questions, collecting responses, and reviewing results.
