"Surveyface: Easy to Use, Reliable, and a Great Fit for Our Feedback Workflow"

4.5/5

What do you like best about surveyface?

We’ve been using Surveyface for about six months on our logistics platform to collect feedback from both our customers and the shipping companies we work with, and overall the experience has been very positive. From day one, the interface was easy for our team to navigate, with little to no learning curve. It also fit neatly into our existing workflow and connected well with the rest of our processes on the platform.

From a performance standpoint, it’s been reliable and consistent, with no major disruptions throughout the time we’ve used it. In terms of value, we’ve felt the cost was reasonable for what we’ve gotten out of it. Whenever questions came up, support was responsive and helpful in getting us set up and keeping things moving.

It has also handled the volume and variety of feedback we’ve sent through it, and it’s helped us spot clear patterns in what customers and partners are telling us. Overall, it’s become a dependable part of how we gauge service quality and identify where we need to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about surveyface?

The biggest drawback is that the first version sometimes needs more editing than expected before it is ready for a professional audience. The AI can create a solid structure, but certain slides may need changes to the wording, level of detail, or visual arrangement to better match the purpose of the presentation.

I also find that the design options could be more flexible. More control over templates, branding elements, and individual slide layouts would make it easier to produce presentations that follow a specific corporate style without having to adjust everything manually.

The overall workflow is still efficient, but I would prefer a little more control over the final output rather than relying primarily on the automatically selected content and design. Better customization would make the tool more suitable for presentations that have strict formatting or branding requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is surveyface solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me reduce the time and effort needed to create professional presentations from business information. Rather than spending a large amount of time building slides, arranging content, and manually working through the visual structure, I can use the platform to generate a solid first draft and then focus on reviewing, refining, and tailoring it.

This is especially helpful when I’m preparing investor materials, business reports, or presentations on tight deadlines. It turns raw information into a more organized, presentation-ready format and provides a clear structure that I can customize depending on the audience and the purpose.

The biggest benefit for me is higher productivity. It cuts down on repetitive design and formatting tasks while still leaving me in control of the final presentation. As a result, I can spend more time on business analysis, messaging, and content, instead of using most of my preparation time on slide creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
