What do you like best about Surveybox?

I regularly collect feedback after health education webinars, nutrition awareness sessions, and patient education programs. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use surveys for nutrition assessments, patient lifestyle questionnaires, workshop registrations, and post webinar feedback, so I need a tool that is simple and reliable. Surveybox was easy to start using. I can create surveys from scratch or use the AI survey generator when I want a quick starting point. It is easy to use different question types, organize questions, preview everything before publishing, and manage the whole survey from one place. I also like that sharing is simple through a survey link, QR code, email, and other available options, so it is easy to collect responses from different groups.

Once responses start coming in, the reports help me quickly understand the results without spending too much time reviewing everything manually. I can check individual responses, export the data when I need to keep records, and use the reports while planning future health education sessions. The AI chat is also helpful for simple tasks like finding recent surveys, checking responses, or getting a quick summary while working with survey data. Everything has worked smoothly. It was easy to fit into my daily workflow, the number of features feels right for my work, and I have not faced any major issues while using it. What do you dislike about Surveybox?

I would like to see a few more filter options and chart views in the reports when I need to review responses in more detail. I would also like a little more flexibility in the survey themes so different types of surveys can have a slightly different look without making the builder more complicated. The AI survey generator is useful when I want a quick starting point for a new survey, and I can easily adjust the questions to match the topic. Once responses start coming in, the reports help me understand feedback quickly without going through everything one by one. This makes it easier to identify common response patterns and plan the next session accordingly.
