What do you like best about Surfly?

This co-browsing tool runs directly in the browser, where all other tools need additional software. This makes it very easy and safe to use. It has and does everything you need and expect from a product like this.

I almost use it every time when I have to support one of my clients from a distance. Explaining things is one, but just hopping into a Surfly session together makes everything so much smoother and easier. My clients are very impressed by it as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfly?

What problems is Surfly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have to support clients on products I've built for them. Doing this from a distance with Surfly (from home for example) instead of traveling makes this process very easy and smooth. Explaining things on a phone call or video is always possible, but just doing it hands-on together is going an extra mile which my clients really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
