What do you like best about SureMDM by 42Gears?

SureMDM is a reliable and easy-to-use device management solution. It provides strong device control, remote management, and security features, making large-scale device management simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureMDM by 42Gears?

Profile and policy management could be more flexible. Currently, applying changes often requires creating separate profiles, which can become difficult to manage at scale. It would be helpful to have a default (base) profile with the ability to add sub-policies or override rules for specific changes, without overwriting the main profile. This would simplify policy management and reduce duplication while maintaining consistency across devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SureMDM by 42Gears solving and how is that benefiting you?

SureMDM solves the challenge of managing and securing a large number of devices from a single platform. It eliminates the need for manual configuration by providing centralized control for device monitoring, application management, security policy enforcement, and remote troubleshooting.

This has helped us reduce operational effort, improve device security and compliance, and minimize device downtime through remote support capabilities. The ability to manage multiple device types from one console improves visibility and control, allowing our IT team to respond faster to issues and maintain consistent configurations across all devices.
