"Suralink Keeps Clients and Firms Organized, Clear, and Accountable"

What do you like best about Suralink?

I really like the organization that Suralink provides for both the client and the accounting firm. It’s helpful that everything can be arranged into clear sections and subsections, and that any files the firm uploads for reference are easy to spot and clearly marked as firm files. Before moving to a firm that used Suralink, I was using a different system called Firm Experience, and it wasn’t very user-friendly. Overall, it wasn’t as easy to navigate for either the firm or the client. Suralink has been a game changer for keeping my clients organized and accountable, and it also makes it easier for my clients to keep me organized and accountable as well. What do you dislike about Suralink?

Sometimes downloads take a little while, and Suralink doesn’t give me any indication that the download is in progress. Because of that, I end up repeatedly clicking the download button. Even a simple download status bar would make this a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a place to securely store and share client files. Before joining a firm that used Suralink, I didn’t have anything that felt both safe and effective while still being user-friendly. I also like being able to see a clear paper trail of who is doing what, so we can track the status and confirm whether the client has viewed what we needed them to see. Communication through Suralink is also really efficient, since it keeps everything in one place instead of having multiple email chains to sort through and track. Thanks for the detailed feedback, Claire, this is really valuable. Your point about a status bar for downloads is a great insight, too. This is the kind of thing that changes our roadmap conversations.
