From the outset, the onboarding process was seamless, and the opportunity to do this face-to-face was a huge advantage. Being able to work directly with a local Australian team who truly understands the specific needs of the food manufacturing industry—from labelling laws to regulatory compliance—has made all the difference. Working with Jason Stockton, the founder of Supply’d, has also been a standout part of our journey. He and his team have been incredibly supportive, open to feedback, and always working to continuously improve the platform where needed. It’s clear that the system is built with real-world users in mind, and it continues to grow and evolve alongside our business. Most importantly, Supply’d has helped us streamline processes, improve efficiency, and close the loop on multiple pain points that previously held us back. The initial downside for us when we first met the Supply’d team in 2023 was that, at the time, the platform was still quite new and didn’t yet offer all the features we needed to fully support our operations. However, this quickly turned into a positive, as it became clear that the team was in an active growth phase—highly responsive, open to feedback, and committed to continuous growth. What problems is Supply'd ERP for Food solving and how is that benefiting you? One of the biggest problems Supply’d has solved for us is in delivery and order fulfilment. The Delivery Module has been a game-changer—having everything in one place means we dont need a separate supplier to manage this part of our operations. We can now manage orders, generate invoices, pick and pack, allocate delivery runs, and track our products all the way to the customer within the same system. The integration of scanner technology has also significantly streamlined our processes, saving our team time and reducing manual errors.
