What do you like best about Supply Chain Planning by TransImpact?

It allows myself and my team to get a high-level view of what is happening with inventory, without getting bogged down with items that have several factors influencing their demand. With the way that Transimpact separates demand and supply, it allows us to be extremely organized in our approach to purchasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supply Chain Planning by TransImpact?

The only downfall that I have seen to this point is that when demand has not come to fruition, and we know that it is not going to come in, we do not have a way to zero it out. For example, if I know that I have demand that is left over for the month for a certain item, I want to be able to clear out unrealized demand so we are not counting on sales that we know will not occur. What problems is Supply Chain Planning by TransImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to get to a steady state when it comes to inventory. We have large fluctuations in our seasonality, and Transimpact allows is to visualize where inventory will stand in both dollars and pallet position as we transition through different demand periods throughout the year.
