What do you like best about Supio?

What I like most about Supio is how much time it saves me. As a paralegal, I’m constantly juggling a million things, and having a tool that can quickly pull information together and help me get a head start on a case is huge. I also really like that it was built with the actual workflow of a personal injury practice in mind. It doesn’t feel like a generic AI tool that I have to figure out how to make useful, it actually fits into the work I’m already doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supio?

The biggest thing I would say is that, like any AI tool, you still have to review its work. It can save me a tremendous amount of time, but I never want to just accept something without looking it over. I’d also like to see continued improvements in some of the customization and workflow features. That said, I’ve seen Supio continue to evolve, which is one of the things I appreciate about it. What problems is Supio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Supio is helping solve the biggest problem I have in my day-to-day work: there is just too much information and not enough time. I spend a lot of time reviewing medical records, organizing information, and putting together demand packages, and Supio helps me get through that information much faster. It gives me a starting point instead of making me start from scratch. That means I can spend more of my time on the parts of my job that actually require my experience and judgment, rather than spending hours digging through records and doing repetitive tasks.
