What do you like best about Superunit?

Working with SuperUnit has been an excellent experience. Their team is highly responsive, listens to our feedback, and quickly resolves any bugs or issues that arise. Their website is easy to navigate and user-friendly, making it simple for our team to complete daily tasks efficiently. The integration is reliable, easy to use, and consistently performs well with very few issues. It has streamlined our workflow, contributed to strong team performance, and helped us complete orders more efficiently while improving turnaround times and providing better service to our clients. What do you dislike about Superunit?

Overall, we've had a positive experience with SuperUnit. One area for improvement is the AI agent's handling of employment verifications. Occasionally, it contacts the wrong company or continues reaching out to an employer after partial verification has already been received and the employer has confirmed they have no additional information to provide about the candidate. Improving the AI's ability to recognize when a verification is complete or when no further information is available would help reduce unnecessary outreach and create a better experience for employers. What problems is Superunit solving and how is that benefiting you?

SuperUnit helps automate the verification process by starting verifications almost immediately after an order is received. This reduces the amount of manual work required from our team, allowing us to focus on more complex tasks. As a result, we are able to complete orders more efficiently, improve turnaround times, increase productivity, and provide a better overall experience for our clients.
