Becing able to combine data from multiple sources into one report is a huge time saver for us. I'm also happy with the recent user experience updates in their admin section. Another recent thing for us has been exploring how to set up data lakes for our company. SuperMetrics and their team offer great support for companies that are moving through data projects. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** I always make my own dashboards because I normally need custom reporting, but I'm always hoping someone makes a better dashboard template so that I could save time on design. **Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics:** The customer service is terrific. They have a positive tone that the "there are no stupid questions" really holds. Whether it turned out to be user error or help with set-up, responses were quick, intelligent, and easy to follow. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed and efficiency of data cleaning and recording has been the biggest benefit. Here we combine these different datasets into one report. That unified view is invaluable for marketing. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** The interface is quite basic and has not kept pace with developments in many tools that it connects to - most notably GA4. As a result, many metrics that cannot be combined, can in fact be selected in Supermetrics, leading to failed reports. I really appreciate that I don't have to go in and pull reporting every day. Waking up and logging on to have all the data from the previous day updated within our dashboards is invaluable. Being able to pull data directly within Google Sheets is incredibly helpful. The confidence it gives me by negating potential human error with manual updates is also a huge plus. The initial setup of Supermetrics was super easy, just a few clicks to add the extension to Google Sheets and authorize the connections. I was able to start using it right away. I consider Supermetrics a premium tool with the functionality and connectors needed for a company doing substantial business. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** I generally just think that adding more connectors will be helpful in the future. There are some platforms such as ShopMy where it doesn't have all of the data that I need. So it doesn't connect to ShopMy. Also, AWHEN, it has, but it only allows for a thirty day look back window. That makes it so I can use Supermetrics 100% of the time, but I'm able to use it about 90% of the time. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Supermetrics to automate data from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Shopify into Google Sheets. It simplifies pulling performance data quickly, eliminates manual data manipulation, reduces human error, and keeps my dashboards updated daily with ease. ### 5. For agencies, the pricing probably works (since you can use it for a few clients as long as the total accounts are less than 10), but in most cases, clients want ownership of the data and would like it to be from their account, so that's a major limitation. **Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics:** Check the different packages to ensure the package you opt for covers the tool you'd like to pull data from.
