"Coda -- the next generation of docs."

What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?

Coda has been a game changer for my team's product organization. We've moved over to using Coda to track our product team's work in progress and align with stakeholders and have found great success in using it to create a single source of truth for project statuses. With its ability to create tables that work like databases, Coda provides a lot of power with how flexible it is, yet still is super simple. In addition, the template library has super powerful examples from other leading companies running teams on Coda -- these provide great inspiration and ideas for us and we create new docs to help run our teams and company. What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?

I wish there were more wiki functionality (a la Notion) as well as ability to share only specific subpages to people vs an entire document. Coda docs are super powerful but one downside is onboarding can be rough for less tech savvy individuals. However, once people get Coda, they *get* it -- as our team figures it out, everyone begins to rave about it and the promise it has for other teams even outside our product org. Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:

Review the Coda gallery for inspiration but start your doc from scratch -- it's much easier to set your doc up how you want it than try to change a template when you don't fully get how that doc was built/works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Coda to create unified processes for our projects. We have launched small features to entire new business lines via single Coda docs. In addition, we use Coda to send automated team reminders and status updates to ensure people continue to engage with the docs and always know where to find their source of truth.
