What do you like best about Superfans?
I liked how customers could shop directly from their phone screen and push notifications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Superfans?
All of the features that made me love the service are gone. They used to link to Facebook to do product drops. That no longer works. I often had the service go down for weeks and customer support was quick to respond but for months they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. When the pricing went up yet again I got rid of their service. They raised pricing yet removed so many features that I loved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
