I don't have to deal with plugins, everything I need for my blog is directly included - especially metadata. So I guess I love the simple to use UI the best. Everything is easy to find in the interface, all the options for the post are in the same single sidebar, not up or down the post and definitely not dependent on a plugin. Organizing the category bar on my blog homepage is a bit tricky because that option is less used so it's not immediately available. Homepage settings could be kept outside on the main sidebar instead of being hidden inside Settings. The overall Settings screen has too many options and feels bloated and time consuming at times - certain key, most-accessed categories could be moved out to the main menu.
