What I like most is that it provides a ready-to-use database, so I don’t have to deal with the headache of configuration or server setup. It doesn’t force me to learn any new language either; I can just use simple SQL, which is already familiar to me. Another great part is that I can set constraints the way I want using its RLS features, which gives me more freedom and control. Because of that, my data stays safe even if my frontend is compromised. All the requirement is integrated with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is that the features feel scattered and overly complex. If I need a real-time setup, I end up having to write more code and do more testing, which creates a lot of complexity. Pricing is also a big problem: the initial price looks free at first, but whenever I try to use it for real, it asks for more cost than I expected. Its security features are powerful, no doubt, but if you want to customize things your own way, it can feel limited. My website is slow when there is a lot of data, so my performance issues happened.
