What do you like best about Sunstice Demand Management?

This program provides great functionality for demand planning. It allows you to break down forecasts down to the channel level while separating out baseline, promo, and free of charge demands. The platform also comes with some robust DC splitting and alert generation functionality which is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sunstice Demand Management?

While the system has some great functionality, there is definitely a steep learning curve. The demand modeling also only works best when the master data is very cleanly maintained. These are two potential negatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sunstice Demand Management:

Very useful demand modeling platform, but it does involve a steep learning curve. Make sure you have dedicated key users in charge of training new demand planners as well as helping to trouble-shoot any technical or operational challenges relating to the use of the platform. What problems is Sunstice Demand Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform helps us to track both sell-in and sell-out accuracy with much more ease than previously. In addition, there are various additional statistical modeling techniques available within this platform that did not exist in the previous software that was used within the organization. One great benefit is for a better and more cohesive S&OP process, as FuturMaster provides a high-level overview of units and net sales dollars under the FCST Meeting Tab within the software.
