I can easily set up notes and highlights to my documents while reading them with the help of Sumnotes. I love this feature where we can extract and sync annotations from multiple platforms with a few clicks. Also it has a free version where they give you free access to most of the features so you can definitely give it a try. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** It performs most of my operations with ease but for large documents/files there are some time and accuracy related issues. Although these issues are not major so maybe they can resolve these in later releases. **What problems is Sumnotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me make notes while reading my documents and also to synchronize annotations that were made across various platforms. ### 2. I generally make notes based on the pdfs I read and Sumnotes has provided help with its best in class annotations features which helped me marking and extracting from the specific pdf. One can also extract the notes to various formats. 2. Another great attribute about Sumnotes is that its a completely web based and supports all and different kinds of browser hence it's accessible from any kind of device. One can easily import the files extract and export them easily upon the device. 3. I find it very value for money and well suited for a professional. It's customer service is also commendable. Overall its a great package as its tools and features are best in class. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** The parts on which Sumnotes needs improvement are as follows - 1. I honestly feel they should improve on the extraction and loading time as it takes a lot of time to process a large file when in comparison to small files. Also lacks the desired accuracy in larger files 2. Although the platform is feature rich, it can be sometimes a bit overwhelming to use a few tools and one needs to go through a few tuitorials to understand its working. 3. Also the selection tool isn't accurate as it tends to select the entire para intead of selecting a specific part of it. **What problems is Sumnotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sumnotes has saved me a ton of time thanks to its smart pdf and kindle annotation tools. Earlier to stumbling upon Sumnotes I was struggling to summarise my annotations from pdfs but now it has become a piece of cake. I use multiple document platforms and I could easily import out the data on it. Overall, Sumnotes is a trustworthy and reliable platform for annotatiions. Although the platform may sometimes glitch during using the selection tool and can be annoying at times. ### 3. Sumnotes is the one-stop solution for data extraction that extracts annotations, notes, marking and more from the PDF files with ease. I was able to mark important notes for educational purpose. 2. Not only it acts as a notes highlighter and marker, it also acts as a PDF reader which removes the need for separate PDF viewer software. 3, The multiple formats if offers to export the notes is truly great, since I require to open the documents in different platforms which support different formats. Another personal feature of mine is the ease of sending the highlighted content over e-mail. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** The features I disliked about it are: 1. A shortcoming I faced is while selecting a paragraph. it automatically selects the whole paragraph which is really annoying. 2. The loading time for the uploading of large size files is too high, also leading to decrease in accuracy as compared to files of less size. **What problems is Sumnotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sumnotes is a great PDF and Kindle annotation management system that saves hours of hard work. Just within matter of seconds, I can have my customized PDF annotations and more ready for download in different formats. Sumnote is the one-time solution for this data extraction that can extract Annotations, marking, notes from the PDF with ease. It also acts as PDF Reader as well. extracting Image is the another best option which the tool provides and its ease to use. 100 Mb and 50 Highlights provided with the free version and which satisfy the average usage. **What do you dislike about Sumnotes?** For the first time use it was a bit confusing and keep triggering the login screen, later referring to the site embedded documentation helped the thing ease. for a large pdf file, the extraction and loading time very high and accuracy seems to less comparing the less size file. **Recommendations to others considering Sumnotes:** It's the best for making notes and blogging purposes. I can easily access resources on the internet so I prefer to read pdf documents. It was difficult to take notes before, but thanks to Sumnotes, I can highlight any sentence I want in the pdf document and extract it easily. I may say that studying has become easier and more enjoyable thanks to it.
