What do you like best about Summit Managed Infrastructure?

The best thing I love about Summit Managed infra is its solid infra and the uptime we have seen in our tenure of 3 years of usage, it is a using a great architecture and their support Engineers are very proactive and helpful. What do you dislike about Summit Managed Infrastructure?

They work exactly as marketed to us, we have not faced any major issues so far and their integrations and dashboards are really good. Talking about the points for improvement, I would say they are mostly enterprise-focused solution providers, so they can definitely open up for small and medium-sized businesses. What problems is Summit Managed Infrastructure solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used their services for 3 and a half years and in our total usage tenure we have used it for cloud repatriation & it has helped us move the baseline production workloads onto dedicated managed servers of our company. Helped us to save 67.66% on infra costs. Second, we have used it to cut down on GPU compute hosting since they are heavily backed by strong and high-performing NVIDIA hardware, they have given us 24/7 support and have ensured high throughput for AI & Engineering teams of our company.
