What do you like best about Summit Managed Infrastructure?

What do you dislike about Summit Managed Infrastructure?

It has awful lag when you’re making bulk resource configuration changes, and you can end up seeing delays of up to several hours. Also, when exporting detailed bandwidth utilization logs, the text formatting sometimes comes out malformed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Summit Managed Infrastructure solving and how is that benefiting you?

It used to take far too much time from our internal engineering team to patch physical servers and manually provision compute nodes. With base hardware maintenance and network monitoring outsourced, we’ve been relieved of a lot of operational blockages and day-to-day overhead. Since then, we’ve seen 99.9+ uptime across our system, along with a major reduction in the time we spend resolving infrastructure tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
