My employer requested us to lead an acquisition team when we were acquiring another company and we chose Sullivan & Cromwell to lead us on the legal side of it. I was impressed by their attention to detail that their lawyers have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sullivan & Cromwell?
