What do you like best about Suki?

How simple and intuitive it is to use. The overall experience feels smooth and well thought out, without requiring a lot of time to understand how everything works.

I particularly appreciate how easy it is to navigate and access what I need without having to go through complicated steps.

What do you dislike about Suki?

One area I feel could be improved is the accuracy and consistency of the AI output in real use cases. At times, Suki misinterprets clinical context or produces notes that still require careful editing, especially when dealing with more complex or nuanced patient interactions. What problems is Suki solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Suki, a lot of my day-to-day work involved repetitive administrative tasks, manually capturing information, reviewing notes and moving between different systems to complete a workflow. These smaller tasks could take up a surprising amount of time and sometimes distracted from more important work.

Suki helps solve this by using AI to automate and simplify many of those repetitive processes. It reduces the amount of manual input required, helps organize information more efficiently and makes it easier to complete tasks within the normal workflow.

The biggest benefit for me is time savings and improved productivity. I can spend less time on administration and more time focusing on the work that actually requires my attention. The integrations also help reduce unnecessary switching between systems, while the AI provides a useful starting point that I can quickly review and adjust when needed.
