"SuiteOp Streamlines Pre-Arrival and Unlocks Extra Revenue"
5/5
What do you like best about SuiteOp?

SuiteOp’s guest portal handles our whole pre-arrival process in one clean flow: details, rental agreement, ID check and damage protection. I can see at a glance who is verified and what’s missing. It syncs with Hostaway, so reservations and guest details come through without manual entry. Automated messages nudge guests to finish the portal, and smart verification flags such as name mismatches or an ID registered near the property let me focus only on the bookings that need a manual check. Statuses update quickly, so I always know where each guest stands. The damage waiver option and paid add-ons like early check-in, late check-out and mid-stay cleans bring in extra revenue without me sending payment links. Onboarding was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteOp?

Extensions take extra work. The damage waiver only covers the original booking dates, so every time a guest extends, they have to repeat the damage protection step. That’s easy to miss on long stays. Some bookings are marked Verified even when there’s a name-mismatch warning, so I still check those by hand. Channel labels from the Hostaway sync aren’t always accurate either: some Airbnb bookings show as Direct and Vrbo shows as Homeaway. On upsells, the date shown can be the request date rather than the service date, which can confuse scheduling. None of these are deal-breakers, but they add manual checks.
