What do you like best about SuiteDash?

SuiteDash's hand-holding process of getting all of your client information in ONE spot is greatly appreciated, ESPECIALLY as it's all in one software! Sure there are still connections (to payment services, your website, etc.) that take a little more than a basic plug-and-play, but they do a pretty good job of explaining them. And did I mention it's all in one place? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteDash?

As of today there isn't an integration with Microsoft365 Outlook so the calendaring system isn't able to tie in to the way me (and most CPAs) operate. I am also not sure what constitutes "XXGB File Storage" so am having a difficult time gauging how many clients, or email sequences or portals I can have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SuiteDash:

Buy SuiteDash! So easy to get up and running and reasonably priced for start-ups but built out enough for more seasoned companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuiteDash solving and how is that benefiting you?

SuiteDash originally caught my attention as I wanted a client portal but I was ecstatic to find out that it also solved my email sequence automation. Beyond that comes the workflow (which I haven't even tapped into yet!). As a start-up with and almost infinite number of choices, it's nice to be able to learn just ONE software instead of 14 that integrate. One bill, one technology, one [fast] chat help.... oh so nice!
