What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

We migrated to the cloud-based Sell Premier version last year (from an on-premise Enterprise version) and it is day and night. Sugar Sell Premier offers new, state-of-the-art features such as enhanced forecasting and geo-mapping, which make our sales people's lives easier. We also gained visibility on new KPIs such as "days in stage" for opportunities, which allows for more targeted actions, in particular when onboarding new clients. Best move ever. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Sugar Discover offers a new world of possibilities but is a bit complex to use, and we would like some of its features directly included in our Sugar instance, so that we don't need to run reports from 2 different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sugar Sell:

Not all benefits are visible at once. Adoption from users is key. Train them well and give them time to learn how to make the best out of it, and you will be rewarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sugar Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugar Sell helps us have a 360 view of our business activity. We have 17 subsidiaries around the world and thanks to the CRM, we have been able to implement aligned sales processes everywhere. We have gained better visibility on our business pipeline, our forecasts and above all we have greatly improved the quality of our customer database.
